From Atlanta and locations in the south
Go north on GA 400 and take exit 10, Old Milton Parkway. Take right after the exit (going east); make a U turn at the third traffic light (QT Gas Station) and proceed west on Old Milton. The first office park on the right, Olde Milton Commons, is the clinic location. Turn right immediately after entering the office park, and you will see the office on your left.
From Johns Creek
Take GA Route 120 West. This merges with Old Milton Parkway. The clinic is on your right at Olde Milton Commons office park, before you reach GA 400. Turn right immediately after entering the office park, and you will see the office on your left.
From Cumming and locations in the north

Get on Duluth Highway (Route 120) going west for 8 miles, turn left at Abbotts Bridge Road and stay on it for 6 miles, continue on Kimball Bridge Road for 1 mile, slight right at State Bridge Way will reach you to Old Milton Parkway. The clinic is on your right at Olde Milton Commons office park, before you reach GA 400. Turn right immediately after entering the office park, and you will see the office on your left.
From Marietta and locations in the west
Take I-75 to I-285 East and take GA 400 North. Use exit 10, Old Milton Parkway. Take right after the exit (going east); make a U turn at the third traffic light (QT Gas Station) and proceed west on Old Milton.
